Air alert

Today was supposed to reach school at 9 and i reached at 8:59! Hahaha i'm 1minute early. Chiong-ed up hall and saw 7 sec1s there so i ran and joined them. Mr chew was talking about the air alert thingy with us and he printed out this small booklet for us. We did 1 set of each today haha it was fun (: Than training started. My shoulder was pain i don't know if it's the bone or the muscles ):
My setting and spiking was suckish! I guess the when i was in taiwan i didn't train at all. I only played the primary school matches that's all. Was getting rusty already ): Than me alex and huimin were training our setting with Mr chew keke damn fun.
Than there's this you jie the ball to the setter than the setter set for you thingy so Mr chew tell me each time i jie 2balls do 10 push ups. Than he told me 3-4balls than do 10 push ups. Got one time i spike out by accident he asked me do 10 push ups. So i did it lor muscles aching haha. I guess this is sort of to build my muscles so i can set better and partly my arms no strength. Haha went for lunch after training and homeee ;D

TAIWAN

Taiwan was ok la... Fell sick ):
That's the worst thing that could ever happen on a trip la.
Thanks to the tour guide and many others who were caring to me and those who brought me to the hospital (:
Thanks Chantalle who accompanied me throughout the hospital thingy of taking blood
haha the taking blood part was kind of uncomfortable la! It's like they don't use stringe they use the test-tube thingy to get your blood. 2 test-tube SOMEMORE! They connect one test tube to the needle which is in my vein than when they collected enough they take another one and connect to the needle again. They were like super rough so now my hand sort of had an orh-cheh ): but it wasn't pain la hahha.
